Doug's Finger Tango Prototype

Finger Tango (as I'm calling it) is a simple mini-game I came up with when I shifted from making a typing game in Ren'py to something simpler and easier to do for a test, which led to this.

This is just a prototype to see if the idea is fun and works as something viable, which I think it could if we get more meat in these bones.

There are a few hidden mechanics in there, the first of which is an idle coin generator, which you can access by pressing the "T" on the bottom left.

The other is that past level 16, the difficulty doesn't add more arrows but instead shortens your maximum time.

This was built using only Ren'py with a HEAVY dose of Python. Enjoy!

This game works fine on mobiles too! Though the use of a keyboard or gamepad is recommended.
